“I reached out to Jemma before booking Milo’s first adventure as I was quite anxious about how he would cope, especially as he was only 7 months old. Milo has now been on three Bark Bus outings, and he absolutely loves them! It’s been so lovely watching his confidence grow as he explores, socialises and enjoys his adventures with all his doggy friends. The communication is excellent, with regular updates, photos and notifications of his collection time. Having Milo collected from home and dropped back off is so convenient, too. One of the things that really reassures me is knowing that Milo is secured safely in a pod rather than being crated, which is exactly what I wanted for him. He even gets a little treat and always comes home happy and completely shattered!  Thank you so much, Jemma and the whole Bark Bus crew, for taking such wonderful care of Milo and giving him such lovely adventures. “Hi Bark Bus! We had the best time ever with you today! We have only had adventures with our mum and we took to our escapade like ducks to water! We loved our shiny school bus, a walk with our new friends in our favourite park Worden. The pup cups were 10/10! When we came home, we took a nap and we have been good for mum all day. “I love the Bark Bus and so do my dogs. They were picked up on time, got straight on the bus and were returned 3 hours later. They loved looking out of the window. I was sent photos and videos so I could see what they had done. They are so excited when the bus arrives and can’t wait to get on. I think this is because the handlers are so warm and caring to all the dogs. All my questions were answered promptly. I wish the Bark Bus every success, it’s a brilliant idea.”
